Scheduling:
Order must be received by 12:00 am to count as a workday. Service schedules are based on average workflow, but may be subject to variations. [Add two (2) to three (3) days shipping time for orders being delivered by carrier] Normally we ship UPS ground or over-night delivery depending on order urgency.

Remakes: If a remake is necessary original work must be returned with remake order Within one week of receipt of your order.  

Copyrighted materials: Purchaser represents and warrants that by asking Aperture Photo Lab to reproduce any copyrighted materials’ purchaser has either: obtained permission from copyright owner to reproduce such copyrighted material, or will use work solely for teaching, research, and will not sell or use for reproduction in any manner that infringes on the copyright.  

Limit of Liability: Submitting any film, print, slide, or negative to Aperture for processing, printing, or handling, constitutes an agreement by you that any damages or loss by Aperture, even due to negligence or other fault, will only entitle you to a like amount of film and processing and is without any other warranty.
